螺纹综合测量中测端姿态测量系统的非线性矫正

摘    要:数字化轮廓包络法螺纹综合测量的关键是准确获得螺纹牙型(全牙)测端姿态的数据信息.系统采用刚性全牙测端与被测螺纹啮合,以真实反映实际螺纹旋合状态.采用高精度、高灵敏度的TESA电感测微仪、LVDT信号处理芯片AD598组成螺纹测端姿态信号采集系统.本文对该系统进行了非线性测定,并提出了以分段线性插值为原理的软件矫正算法.通过系统标定和非线性矫正,测微系统的非线性度达到0.06%.

Abstract:Getting the posture of the rigid thread tooth-type measuring front is one of the most pivotal techniques of digitized contour envelope method. In the system,the thread tooth-type measuring front can accurately couple with the measured thread. So the mechanism structure can truly reflect the state of the measured thread. The signal acquisition system is composed of LVDT signal processing chip AD598 and TESA transducer with high precision and high sensitivity. The nonlinearity of the system was tested and corretion algorithm was proposed based on piecewise linear interpolation. After calibration and nonlinearity correction,the nonlinearity of the micromear system achieved 0. 06%.
