火针治疗斑秃临床观察

目的观察火针治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法检验斑秃患者和正常人血清中的炎性因子含量，免疫系列和甲状腺功能的阳性率：将符合标准的斑秃患者随机分为火针组和毫针组，施予不同疗法后，以观察疗效。结果斑秃患者血清IL-10水平低于正常组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）：TGA、TMA水平略高于正常组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。火针组和毫针组治疗均能缩小斑秃患者的面积（P〈0．01），促进毳毛的生长以及变黑，但火针见效更快（P〈0．01）：二者对斑秃患者伴随的甲状腺功能异常的改善作用相当。火针与毫针对斑秃均有良好效果，远期效果相当，但火针起效更快，疗程更短。结论斑秃的发生与自身免疫密切相关，火针治疗斑秃起效快，疗效显著。

Clinical Observations on Fire Needle Acupuncture Treatment for Alopeeia Areata

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of fire needle acupuncture on alopecia areata. Method Serum inflammatory factor contents and positive rates of the immune series and thyroid function were determined in alopecia areata patients and normal persons. Patients with alopecia areata meeting the criteria were randomly allocated to fire needle and filiform needle groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after treatment by different methods. Result Serum IL-10 levels were lower in the patients with alopecia areata than in the normal persons; there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Serum TGA and TMA levels were slightly higher in the patients with alopecia areata than in the normal persons; there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The area of alopecia was reduced （P〈0.01） and hair was helped to grow and turn black in both fire needle and filiform needle groups of patients with alopecia areata, but fire needle acupuncture produced a quicker effect （P〈0.01）. The two methods had the same improving effect on abnormal thyroid function occurring in the patients with alopeeia areata. Fire needle acupuncture and filiform needle acupuncture both had a good effect and the same long-term effect on alopecia areata, but fire needle acupuncture produced an effect more quickly and in a shorter course of treatment. Conclusion The occurrence of alopecia areata is closely related to autoimmunity. Fire needle acupuncture produces a quick and marked therapeutic effect on alopecia areata.
