摘    要:文章介绍了天然香料的种类,提取方法,生物合成法,阐述了国内外天然香料的工业生产现状,分析了我国天然香料现在面临的问题与挑战,并研究探讨了适合我国天然香料工业的发展对策。

Abstract:Firstly the classification,extraction technique and biotechnology synthesis of natural flavor are introduced in this paper,and the status quo of natural flavor industry at home and abroad are surveyed.Then the problems and challenges that confront our country are discussed.Finally based on the domestic industry situation of natural flavor,the corresponding countermeasures for the development of it are pointed out.
