油井注氮气增产技术的研究与应用

摘    要:辽河油田是以稠油为主的油田,稠油产量占总产量的80%以上,稠油开采以热力采油为主。目前辽河油田稠油开采到了中后期,稠油产量递减加剧,有些油井已到了开采的经济极限,为此利用NPU—600膜分离制氮注氮装置,结合辽河油田的特点开发了氮气隔热助排增产工艺技术。通过在辽河油田和胜利油田的推广应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,成为稠油热采的一项重要接替技术。

Abstract:Injected Nitrogen for oil recovery is a new oil recovery technology and it has developed in 1970s.Most reserves of Liaohe Oilfield are heavy oil.The production of heavy oil occupies 80% of total production .Thermal recovery is the main method for heavy oil.Along the coming of medium and late period of heavy oil recovery,the production of heavy oil decreases quickly,and some wells have reached the economic extreme.According to the special situation of Liaohe Oilfield,we have developed the heat insulation by Nitrogen and Nitrogen assisted drainage technology for increasing oil production by using the NPU-600 unit of manufacturing and injecting Nitrogen.We have applied to wells in Liaohe Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield and we have obtained good economic and social benefit,and it has been an important replacing technology for heavy oil recovery.
