| 摘 要： | 目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(base fibfroblast growth factor,bFGF）对白内障术晶状体上皮细胞增生过程中的影响。方法 在培养的牛晶状体上皮中添加bFGF，甲基噻唑基四唑（methyl thiazoly tetrazolium,MTT）法测定细胞增生情况以及流式细胞仪分析细胞周期。结果 bFGF浓度为10^-1－10^-2ng/ml对牛眼晶状体上皮细胞增生有促进作用，且以10ng/ml浓度作用最佳。结论 bFGF与其受体结合后可促进晶状体上皮细胞增生，与白内障术后后囊浑浊中起重要作用。
