| 摘 要： | 吴克明教授认为围绝经期综合征的病因病机总以肾虚为本,早期以肾阴虚为主,多脏受累,阴阳偏颇,气血失和,后期可致阴阳两虚或阳虚;如以滋水清肝饮为主辨证加减治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征,可收到明显效果.

| Abstract: | Professor WU Ke-ming thought that the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopause syndrome was deficiency of the kidney,the early to kidney Yin deficiency and the later to Yin-Yang deficiency or deficiency of Yang.ZiShui QingGan decoction could get an obvious effect for perimenopause syndrome according to different clinical symptoms. |
