| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨目前我国人群输卵管妊娠发生的主要危险因素. 方法:对近4 a国内已发表的关于输卵管妊娠的病因研究的文献进行查阅,综合,再用SAS8.1版本软件和Excel2003软件分析. 结果:炎症、巨细胞病毒、手术史、细小病毒、解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体均与输卵管妊娠有关. 其中炎症、巨细胞病毒, 手术史与输卵管妊娠关系最密切. 结论:预防炎症,减少微生物感染是预防输卵管的主要手段. |

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the main risk factors related to the incidence of tubal pregnancy in Chinese population.METHODS:The literatures of epidemiological studies on tubal pregnancy that had been published from 2002 to 2005 were reviewed and analyzed synthetically by Meta-analysis.RESULTS:The main factors influencing the incidence of tubal pregnancy were inflammation,cytomegalovirus(CMV),operation history,human parvovirus B19,Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and so on.Inflammation was the most predominant risk factor,CMV was the second.CONCLUSION:The main preventing method for tubal pregnancy was to avoid inflammation and microbiological infection. |
