柴油机曲轴轴系非线性振动特性的数值研究

摘    要:考虑了轴系的变转动惯量、活塞与气缸间的非线性干摩擦和非线性弹性恢复力等因素,建立了柴油机轴系非线性动力学模型.利用数值积分法研究了非线性阻尼和转速等参数对柴油机轴系系统响应的影响.通过系统响应的时域波形图、幅值谱图、相轨迹图,分析了曲轴轴系的周期、拟周期、混沌等复杂的非线性动力学现象.结果表明:变转动惯量和活塞与气缸间的非线性干摩擦对发动机曲轴系统的非线性振动行为具有较大的影响.
