摘    要:采用均匀化方法,以车架的总柔度为目标函数,以体积作为约束条件,对在弯曲和弯扭联合两种工况下的某型载货车车架结构进行了拓扑优化设计,经计算获得满足体积约束并使总柔度最小的车架拓扑形式,为横梁的分布数量、位置及纵梁的加强方式提供了依据,为该型载货车车架提供了结构的概念化设计方法。

Abstract:By adopting the homogenization method and using the compliance of frame as an object function and the volume as the constrained condition,the topology optimization design for the frame structure of a truck is made under the conditions of bending and the combination of bending and torsion.After computing the frame topology is achieved which satisfies the volume constraint and makes the compliance of frame minimal,which provides basis for the number of distributions and location of crossbeams,and the method of strengthening longitudinal beams.The generalization designing method of the strurture of a truck is also provided.
