| Abstract: | Designing of the gating system structure was an important process of the die design,and the rationality of the structure had great influence on the plastic parts quality.Based on the CAE simulation,the effect of different runner shapes,patterns,positions and number of the gates on the injection molding process and plastic parts quality were analyzed,including the flow,filling time,maximum injection pressure,maximum clamp force and weld line. |
