| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四逆汤对冠心病心绞痛疗效及生活质量的影响.方法:将100例冠心病患者分为7组,痰浊组、血瘀组、气滞组、寒凝组、气虚组、阳虚组用四逆汤辨证加减治疗,对照组用消心痛治疗,用简明健康调查表及西雅图心绞痛量表评定治疗前后生活质量.结果:治疗前后比较差值有显著意义.结论:用调查量表法测定冠心病心绞痛改善情况效应度较好.

| Abstract: | Objective: to approach the effect of Decoction for treating yang exhaustion on coronary artery disease and angina and quality of life.Method: 100 cases were divided into 7 groups as follow: sputum,blood stasis,qi stagnant,cold coagulation,deficiency of vital energy and yang asthenia which treated with modified decoction for treating yang exhaustion and control treated with nitroret. Quality of life was detected by concise health examination survey scale and Seattle angina scale before and after treatment.Result: the difference is significance before and after treatment.Conclusion: there is better potency by investigating scale to detecting the improvement of coronary artery disease and angina. |
