浙江省永康市2008~2010年胃癌发病分析

目的]分析2008~2010年永康市胃癌发病情况。方法]利用2008~2010年永康市社会保障局医保和农保的医疗资料以及永康市人民医院就诊的新发胃癌病例数据,分析性别、年龄别发病率。2008~2010年覆盖人口1 703 031人年,男性868 777人年,女性834 254人年。人口标化率采用全国1982年人口普查的人口结构和Segi’s世界标准人口结构。结果]2008~2010年永康市恶性肿瘤新发病例4194例,胃癌新发病例503例,占11.99%。胃癌发病率为29.54/10万（男性38.68/10万、女性20.02/10万）,中标率为17.86/10万（男性24.27/10万,女性11.78/10万）。胃癌年龄别发病率随年龄增长而增加,80~岁组达到高峰,为222.12/10万。永康市胃癌粗发病率低于全国合计水平、全国城市水平和全国农村水平。结论]永康市胃癌发病率仍处于较高水平,应加强对胃癌的预防和控制。

Analysis on Incidence of Stomach Cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang City,Zhejiang Province

Purpose] To investigate the incidence of stomach cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang city,Zhejiang province. Methods] The data of medical record of new patients with stomach cancer were collected from Yongkang Medical Security Office and The First People＇s Hospital of Yongkang. The data covered a population of 1703 031 person-year（male 868 777 person-year,female 834 254 person-year）. Incidence,age-specific incidence,age-standardized incidence and proportions were analyzed. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi＇s population were used for age-standardized incidence. Resuhs ] The total newly diagnosed cancer cases from 2008 to 2010 were 4194,and the newly diagnosed stomach cancer cases were 503 with a proportion of 11.99%. The crude incidence of stomach cancer in Yongkang city was 29.54/10^5（male 38.68/10^5, female 20.02/10S）,age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population（ASR China） was 17.86/10^5（male 24.27/10^5, female 11.8/10^5）, The age-specific incidence increased with age, and 80＋ years old group reached the highest level with incidence of 222.12/10^5. Conclusion] The incidence of stomach cancer is still high in Yongkang city from 2008 to 2010,prevention and control for stomach cancer should be strengthened.
