摘    要:采用第3代永磁材料NdFeB(钕铁硼),研究了在施加永磁场条件下,模拟油田污水介质对20号钢的腐蚀过程,采用增重法、X射线衍射以及电化学方法对磁场作用下石油污水管线钢的腐蚀行为进行分析和评价。研究结果表明,磁场对Fe3O4的形成、自腐蚀电位正移幅度有促进作用,磁场对腐蚀产物的增重率影响较大,但它们与磁感应强度之间存在着极值关系。

Abstract:The corrosion process of 20 steel has been studied in the oil sewage environment under the condition of permanent magnetic field by using the third generation of permanent magnet material NdFeB.And the corrosion behavior of the steel of oil sewage pipeline in magnetic field has been analyzed and evaluated by the methods of increasing weight,X-ray diffraction and electrochemistry.The results show that the magnetic field can promote the formation of Fe3O4 and the shuffle of self corrosion potential,and moreover,it can greatly affect the weighting rate of corrosion product.However,they have an extremum relationship with magnetic induction intensity.
