基于PLC的PMLSM垂直提升系统控制装置设计

摘    要:针对垂直无绳提升系统的特点,设计了以工控机和可编程控制器为核心的永磁直线同步电动机(PMLSM)驱动的无绳提升系统的控制装置。介绍了分段式永磁直线式同步电机提升系统的工作原理,给出了其控制系统的结构,并利用组态软件设计开发了提升系统的监控软件。实验运行表明,该方案设计合理、运行灵活、可靠性高。

Abstract:In accordance with the features of vertical rope-less hoisting system, designed the control device for Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM)-driven control device upgrade rope-less hoisting system based on Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) and the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).On the base of working principle of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor driven hoisting system,gives the structure of control system and design,and developed the monitoring software of the lift system by configuration software.Experimental operation shows that the design is reasonable,flexible operation,high reliability.
