| 摘 要： | 目的比较清热合剂各提取部位群的解热抗炎药效作用。方法分别采用2,4-二硝基苯酚致热大鼠模型、内毒素致热家兔模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀模型,研究清热合剂各提取部位群的解热、抗炎作用。结果清热合剂的20%、40%和60%乙醇提取部位群均有解热抗炎作用,其中清热合剂的40%乙醇提取部位群解热抗炎作用最强。结论清热合剂的40%乙醇提取部位群具有明显解热抗炎作用,作用效果与清热合剂原液相当。
