| 摘 要： | 目的探讨酚妥拉明联合立止血治疗肺结核咯血的临床疗效。方法选择收治的103例肺结核咯血患者，随机分为治疗组51例和对照组52例。治疗组采用酚妥拉明和立止血联合治疗，对照组采用垂体后叶素治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为98．1％，对照组总有效率为82．6％，两组治疗效果有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论酚妥拉明联合立止血治疗肺结核咯血效果确切，不良反应少，是治疗肺结核咯血的有效方法，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of phentolamine with reptilase on treatment of tuberculosis hemoptysis.Methods 103 patients with hemoptysis with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group(51 cases) and control group(52 cases).The treatment group was treated with phentolamine and reptilase.The control group was treated with pituitrin.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group was 98.1% and 82.6%,respectively(P<0.01).Conclu... |
