伴隐性脊柱裂的儿童遗尿症临床疗效分析

目的探讨伴隐性脊柱裂的儿童遗尿症的有效治疗方法。方法选择30例伴隐性脊柱裂的遗尿患儿，给予甲氯芬酯与奥昔布宁口服治疗12周，结合膀胱训练和心理行为治疗，并随访观察其疗效。结果疗程结束30例患儿中治愈28例，治愈率93．3％。停药3个月随访无一例复发。结论甲氯芬酯与奥昔布宁联合用药加膀胱训练、心理行为治疗伴隐性脊柱裂的儿童遗尿症，能获得较高的治愈率，且无复发病例。

Treatment of enuresis companied by spina bifida occulta

Objective To explore treatment of children with enuresis companied by spina bifida occulta(SBO).Methods 30 children with enuresis companied by SBO were chosen as study subjects.All children were treated with oral administration of Meclofenoxate and Oxybutynin for 12 weeks combined by bladder training and psychologic and behavioral treatment.The treatment effect was evaluated by follow-up observation.Results 28 children acquired cure for their enuresis after treatment(93.3%).There was no relapse after 3 mont...
