经尿道前列腺电切气化术治疗前列腺增生800例

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切气化术治疗前列腺增生（BPH）的临床疗效。方法采用经尿道前列腺电切术和气化术治疗BPH患者800例,并对治疗效果进行分析与评价。结果经术后3-12个月随访,国际前列腺症状评分（8.5±1.5）分;最大尿流率（20.5±4.5）ml/s,剩余尿量29.1±14.2 ml,未出现严重并发症。结论将电切和气化相结合行经尿道前列腺切除术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法,具有操作易掌握、出血少、速度快、安全可靠等特点,可在临床推广应用。

Combined electro-vaporizatilon and transurethral resection for BPH

Objective To study the effective of electro-vaporizatilon and transurethral resection on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods Clinical data of 800 cases of patients with BPH treated with transurethral resection and transurethral vaporization of the prostate were analyzed.Results The general results were satisfactory.Followed up for 6 months,the average of IPSS was 8.5±1.5,the average of Qmax was 20.5±4.5 ml/s,and the average of residual urine was 29.1±14.2ml.There were no serious complications.Conclusions Our results showed that the combination of transurethral resection with vaporization of the prostate was a safe and effective method for transurethral resection of BPH with less complications.It has the advantages of easy operation,less bleeding,safety,reliability and timesaving.
