舒适护理干预在经皮肾镜超声碎石术患者中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理干预在经皮肾镜超声碎石术（MPCNL）患者中的应用效果。方法选取2010年6月～2012年6月收治的MPCNL患者180例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施舒适护理干预。比较两组舒适状况、焦虑程度及并发症。结果观察组各领域舒适度和整体舒适度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组焦虑率为26.7%（24/90）,对照组为66.7%（60/90）,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组并发症发生率为5.56%（5/90）,对照组为18.89%（17/90）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理干预能有效提高MPCNL患者的舒适度,减轻负性情绪,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Application of comfortable nursing interventions on patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Objective To investigate the application effects of comfortable nursing interventions on patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL）.Methods 180 case of patients with MPCNL were selected from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital,according to the random number table were divided into the observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,the observation group received comfort able nursing intervention.The comfortable conditions,levels of anxiety and complications of two groups were compared.Results The various fields comfortable and overall comfortable score of observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.The rate of anxiety in observation group was 26.7%（24/90）,which in the control group was 66.7%（60/90）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The complication rate of observation group was 5.56%（5/90）,which in the control group was 18.89%（17/90）,the differ ence was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can effectively improve the com fort of patients with MPCNL,reduce negative emotions and complications,is worthy of clinical application.
