极化磁系统中永磁体处理方法的改进

摘    要:针对沿长度方向充磁的条形永久磁铁内部磁感应强度分布不均匀的特点,通过对极化磁系统中条形永磁体分段,建立了其等效磁路模型。从某桥式极化磁系统永磁体回复线起始点的计算中可以看出,此方法能够较好的模拟实际情况。所得的结论对极化继电器产品设计具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The equivalent model of the bar Polarized Magnetic that comprises some divided blocks is built, which describes the non-homogeneous phenomenon of the magnetic flux density distribution of bar permanent magnet magnetized along the length direction. Starting points of the permanent magnetic restoring curve of a typical bridge polarized magnetic system is studied based on this model. The simulation results show that the algorithm approximated to the practical situation. The conclusions of this paper are valuable in the design of the polarized relay.
