| Abstract: | A brief discussion of of new advancement in nano measurement in the fields such as length, particle size, measurement standard, and even the coupling of computer/Internet technology with nano measurement technology is given. Attention is also paid to the key technologies and the specialized international conferences on nano measurement. Furthermore, the future development orientation of nano measurement is pointed out. |
