用循环流化床技术焙烧金矿石

鲁奇冶金公司(自2002年起成为奥托昆普工艺公司的一部分,现已更名为奥托昆普工艺公司)在将近50年大量应用流化床工艺的过程中,以几种不同类型的反应器逐步发展了流化床技术。流化床反应器系统的适用性已在包括固体燃料的矿物处理和黑色及有色冶金工艺中得到了证实。工艺应用包括焙烧、煅烧、燃烧、煤的炭化以及烟气处理。

Roasting of gold ore using the circulating fluid bed technology

Lurgi Metallurgie GmbH,since 2002 part of Outokumpu Technology and recently renamed to Outokumpu Technology GmbH,has progressively developed the principle of fluidized bed technology in several different reactor types over a period of almost fifty years for a multitude of process applications.The versatility of the fluidized bed reactor system has manifested itself in the treatment of minerals including solid fuels and for metallurgical processes both in the ferrous and non-ferrous fields.Process applications have included roasting,calcining,combustion and charring of coals as well as off gas treatment.
