攀枝花硫酸渣直接还原试验研究

摘    要:采用正交试验和单因素试验研究了配碳量、还原温度、还原时间对攀枝花硫酸渣直接还原的影响。结果表明,影响硫酸渣还原过程的主次因素依次为: 配碳量>还原温度>还原时间; 硫酸渣直接还原适宜的工艺参数为: 配碳量1.3、还原温度1 300 ℃、还原时间35 min,此条件下硫酸渣直接还原金属化率为97.16%。

Abstract:The effects of molar ratio of C and O, reduction temperature and reduction time on the direct reduction of Panzhihua's pyrite residue were studied by conducting orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments. The results show that the main factors affecting the direct reduction of pyrite residue are in the following descending order: molar ratio of C and O > reduction temperature > reduction time. It is concluded that under the following optimal technique parameters including the molar ratio of C and O of 1.3, reduction at the temperature of 1 300 ℃ for 35 min, the metallization rate of the reduced pyrite residue can be up to 97.16%.
