摘    要:包钢炼钢厂80 t复吹转炉底吹系统的改造方案采用结构简单,维护方便的供气结构,有效改善了熔池的搅拌能力,缩短了吹炼供氧时间,降低了终渣中w(FeO),提高了脱磷率,更有利于精确控制钢水成分和温度,提高钢水质量。

Abstract:The bottom blowing system of 80 t top-bottom blowing converter was reconstructed in 2008.The modified bottom blowing system is with simpler air supply structure and easy maintenance,which improve the mixing capability of furnace hearth,shorten time of oxygen supply during blowing,w(FeO) in final slag is lower,and the rate of dephosphorization is increased.Moreover,it is better to control composition and temperature of liquid steel precisely,and improve the quality of liquid steel.
