| 摘 要： | 目的分析壮族大学生骨量和体成分之间的关系,为促进骨骼的发育提供科学依据。方法测量百色市480名壮族大学生(19~23岁)身高、体质量、体脂百分比、肌肉组织重和体水分率等体格和体成分指标,计算体质指数(BMI)、瘦体重(LBM)和骨矿物质含量(BMC),并对身高、体质量、BMI、体脂(Fat)百分比、肌肉组织重与BMC进行相关分析。结果壮族大学生身高、体质量和体成分存在性别和年龄差异;体质量、体脂百分比、肌肉组织重、瘦体重和骨矿物质含量均随年龄的增长而增加;体脂百分比女性高于男性;身高、体质量、BMI和肌肉组织重与BMC均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);体脂百分比与BMC为负相关(P>0.05)。结论肌肉组织重可能是影响BMC的重要因素。
