典型冷作模具钢经强化奥氏体化后的过冷奥氏体中温转变研究

摘    要:研究了典型冷作模具钢65Cr4W3Mo2VNb、Cr7Mo3V2Si和Cr12MoV经强韧化奧氏体化后的过冷奥氏体中温转变。测定了其中温转变TTT曲线,求出了强韧化奥氏体化后钢中基体含碳量,得出了奥氏体化温度和中温转变等温温度对下贝氏体组织的影响以及中温转变等温时间对下贝氏体量的影响规律,还得出了部分低温转变对随后中温转变下贝氏体形成孕育期和下贝氏体组织的影响特点,包括连续冷却和等温马氏体转变的影响规律。

Abstract:The middle temperature transformation of super cooled austenite after austenitizing for high strength and toughness of typical cold die steels 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb, Cr7Mo3V2Si and Cr12MoV was studied in our research work. The TTT curve of middle temperature transformauon was measured. The carbon content of matrix of steel after austenitizing for high strength and toughness was calculated. The influence of austenitizing temperature and temperature for middle temperature tansformation on structure of lower bainite and the influence of holding time for middle temperature transformation on amount of lower bainite were obtained. The influence of part low temperature transformation on incubation period of lower bainite formation during middle temperature transformation and on structure of lower bainite were obtained too. The above influence includes the continuous cooling martensite transformation and isothermal martensite transformation.
