液力变矩器的动态特性和动力学模型研究

摘    要:以三元件向心涡轮液力变矩器为研究对象 ,根据牛顿定律 ,建立了非稳定工况下的动力学模型和数学模型。根据液力变矩器的工作特点 ,得到 2种简化的数学模型 ,据此进行仿真计算。进行了液力变矩器动态特性试验 ,得到了动态原始特性。仿真结果和试验结果对比表明 ,所建模型具有足够精度 ,通过对动态和静态原始特性对比分析 ,表明在一定的转速变化范围内 ,可用静态原始特性代替动态原始特性。

Abstract:The paper aimed to build a simple and practical dynamic model of hydrodynamic torque converter on the non-steady operations for studying dynamic performance of a vehicle powertrain. The mechanics and mathematics model of three member concentric-turbine hydrodynamic torque converter was established according to Newton law and further simplified on the terms of working process and structure features of hydrodynamic converter. The dynamic performance during the accelerating and decelerating process of hydrodynamic torque converter was simulated by means of these two models. The dynamic experiment of hydrodynamic torque converter was done on the test bench and the original dynamic performance of the hydrodynamic torque converter was presented. The simulation results were in good agreements with experimental measurements. The comparison between the dynamic and steady original performance also showed that the original dynamic performance could be replaced by the steady one when torque converter is accelerated or deaccelerated within a definited range.
