某钢板桩围堰施工监测与分析

摘    要:钢板桩围堰广泛应用于江河湖海等水中承台的施工.因其水文地质环境多变,钢板桩围堰及其内支撑的安全性难以保证.鉴于此,针对武汉二七长江大桥5号桥墩钢板桩围堰,在理论分析的基础上通过现场实测,获得了各工况下围堰内支撑的受力情况;基于桩底约束为铰接等假定,建立SAP2000三维有限元分析模型,获得了各工况下钢板桩围堰及其内支撑体系的结构变形、构件受力和整体振型,并与现场实测结果进行了比较分析,二者基本一致.

Abstract:Steel-sheet-pile cofferdam has been widely used in construction of water caps in rivers and lakes.Because the hydro geological environment is erratic,the safety of the cofferdam is difficult to ensure.In view of this,for the steel-sheet-pile cofferdam of Erqi Yangtze River Bridge during construction,stress states of internal braces of the cofferdam in different working-cases were measured.Based on the assumption that the cofferdam bottom is articulated,three-dimensional FEM analysis model was established using SAP2000.The calculated results were compared with the measurements,which showed that both are consistent.
