2K—H型行星轮系内部的功率流与自锁

摘    要:采用离散化方程,深入分析了4种2K-H型行星轮系内部的功率流向,发现这4种轮系属封闭式差动轮系,其中,正号机构存在循环功率流,这不仅使效率降低,而且在某种条件下还会使轮系发生自锁。同时,根据功率平衡方程解出了轮系的自锁区间。

Abstract:In this paper the internal power flow of four kinds of 2K-H planetary gear trains is thoroughly analyzed by the discretization method and it is found that all these four kinds of gear trains belong to the planetary differential gear trains and that among them circulating power load exists in the positive sign mechanism. The circulating power load not only reduces the efficiency of the positive sign mechanism, but also in some conditions the gear system will be self-locking. Moreover, the area of self-locking is deduced according to the power equilibrium equation.
