| 摘 要： | 本文首先证明了［２］第七章定理１９的条件不仅是充分的，也是必要的，从而回答了作者的公开问题。其次给出了Ｍａｚｕｒ—Ｏｒｌｉｃｚ定理一个简化的初等证明［３］。
