| 摘 要： | 2 0 0 0年广州分公司加工的原油平均硫含量为 0 .6 4w % ,最高达 1.9w % ,造成设备、管线腐蚀严重 ,曾多次发生泄漏和火灾事故。为此 ,该公司加强了腐蚀管理 ,建立了防腐蚀工作管理网络 ,从强化“一脱三注”工艺防腐蚀管理入手 ,对重点部位进行了材料升级 ,对 974个监测点进行定期检测 ,使腐蚀突发事故得到了较好控制

| Abstract: | The average sulfur in crude oil processed in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company /SINOPEC in 2000 was 0.64% and maximum 1.9%, causing severe corrosion of equipment and pipeline system and a number of leakages and fire emergencies. To deal with this problem, Corrosion protection activities such as "three injections and one removal" etc were strengthened, the materials in the critical services were upgraded and 974 monitoring points were periodically inspected. This helped to control the corrosion emergencies greatly. |
