| 摘 要： | 防差错设计是自动测试系统设计时需要考虑的问题之一，尤其在被测单元种类很多的情况下，防差错设计直接影响到系统的可靠性、安全性以及系统的工作效率，更应加以重视。本文根据实际工程经验及自动测试系统的发展趋势，首先介绍了自动测试系统的硬件和软件构成，接着阐述了防差错所采取的措施，重点描述了实际工程中适配器、电缆和软件防差错的实现方法。
