| 摘 要： | 呼吸道病毒感染后可引起感染后咳嗽或哮喘,目前临床上缺乏比较有效的治疗手段,而晁恩祥教授根据风咳理论而创制的苏黄止咳胶囊治疗本病证显示了较好的临床前景.本文对呼吸道病毒感染引起的咳嗽及哮喘机制、病毒感染与感染后气道高反应性的相关性,以及晁恩祥教授的风咳理论进行了论述,阐明了开展中医药治疗病毒感染致气道高反应性机制的重要性,并提出研究思路以便于进一步深入研究.

| Abstract: | Respiratory viral infection could cause cough or asthma,which lacks of effective clinical treatments currently. Professor ChaoEnXiang using Suhuangzhike capsule treating the disease according to the theory of wind-cough showed a better clinical prospect. The paper discussed mechanism of cough and asthma caused by respiratory viral infections ,relations between viral infections and infected airway hyperresponsiveness, and Professor Chao Enxiang＇s wind-cough theory. It illustrated the importance of study on the mechanism of TCM treating virus induced airway hyperresponsiveness, and put forward ideas for further study. |
