大学文化、工程文化与企业文化的融合——卓越工程师培养之我见

"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是全面提高工程人才培养质量的基础,也是我国从工程教育大国迈向工程教育强国的动力与保障。实施这一计划,不仅需要在高校完成理论知识、实践能力与工程素质的培养与提高,还需要企业的积极参与和密切配合。因此,学生会受到来自大学文化、工程文化与企业文化的影响与熏陶,体会到多种文化交织所带来的动力与收益。本文以三者的内涵理解为基础,分别阐述了大学文化、工程文化、企业文化在人才培养中的重要地位与作用,并阐明三者之融合是完成卓越工程师培养重任的社会理想与支持。

The Integration of University Culture,Engineering Culture and Enterprise Culture——My View on Cultivation of Excellent Engineers

＂ Excellent Engineer Training Program＂ is the foundation for quality engineering talents.And it can guarantee our country to be a powerful one due to the strong team of engineers.In universities,students must lay agood foundation of engineering theory and obtain practical ability.To reach the goal,all the activities must be closely related to enterprises.Students are influenced by university culture,engineering culture and culture of enterprises.The integration of all these will bring them great benefit.The author explicates the importance of them respectively and points out the importance and the necessity of the social supports.
