| 摘 要： | 目的观察脉络宁注射液穴位注射加微波治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将2007年6月至2008年5月期间87例椎动脉型颈椎病被随机分为西药组和脉络宁微波组。西药组42例只接受常规西药治疗。脉络宁微波组45例在常规西药治疗的基础上接受脉络宁注射液穴位注射加微波治疗。结果西药组显效率59.5%,总有效率78.6%。脉络宁微波组显效率77.8%,总有效率93.3%。结论在常规西药治疗基础上应用脉络宁注射液穴位注射加微波治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效比只接受常规西药治疗效果好。
