豆根管食通口服液治疗食管癌近期疗效观察

目的:观察豆根管食通口服液治疗食管癌的近期疗效.方法:食管癌患者60例,随机均分为2组.治疗组给予"豆根管食通口服液"10 ml口服,3次/d,对照组给予替加氟片200 mg口服,3次/d,1个月为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程.观察治疗前、第1疗程后、第2疗程后2组一般状况、症状体征及生活质量,检测血清IL-6、IL-10的变化,并比较2组的临床疗效.结果:2组治疗后,一般状况、症状体征及生活质量均较治疗前改善(P＜0.05或0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01).与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后血清IL-6水平升高,IL-10下降.治疗组治疗2疗程后的总有效率高于对照组(46.7%vs 23.3%,P＜0.05).结论:豆根管食通口服液能明显改善食管癌患者的一般状况和症状体征、提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的临床症状,可能与其升高血清IL-6水平,降低IL-10水平有关.

Clinical efficacy of Dougenguanshitong oral liquid on esophagea1 carcinoma

Aim: To study the effect of Dougenguanshitong oral liquid in treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Methods: A total of 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group was given Dougenguanshitong oral liquid, 3 times per day, the control group was given an anti-tumor drug, 3 times per day. The general condition, clinical symptoms and qualify of life of the 2 groups were observed, and the serum IL-6 and IL-10 were determined before treatment, at the end of 1 month and 2 months treatment.Results: After treatment, the general condition, clinical symptoms, and qulity of life in 2 groups were both improved (P<0.05 or 0.01), and those of treatment group were better (P<0.01). Compared with control group, the serum IL-6 increased and IL-10 decreased. The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group after 2 months treatment (46.7% vs 23.3%, P<0.05).Conclusion: Dougenguanshitong oral liquid can improve the general condition, symptoms and quality of life, which may involve in its increasing serum IL-6 and decreasing IL-10.
