| 摘 要： | 城市社区发展依赖于社区社会资本的存量及分布状况,对社会资本的培育是社区发展的必然要求。中国城市社区发展经历了社区社会资本缺失与重构的过程。通过重构和培育社区社会资本,在社区内形成良好的信任、规范和网络关系,以积极促进社区发展,构建适应新时期社会化运行方式的新型社会。

| Abstract: | Community development depends on the number of community social capital and the distribution of social capital.Cultivating social capital is a necessary requirement for the community development.Urban community development experiences the process through lack of community social capital and rebuilding process.Through community rehabilitation and fostering community social capital and fostering trust,norms and networks,the community development should be promoted to build the new period of operation modes to adapt to the new society. |
