二陈汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

目的观察二陈汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚、痰瘀互阻型脂肪肝的临床疗效.方法将140例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组.治疗组80例予二陈汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,对照组60例口服潘特生0.2g,每日3次,维生素C片0.1g,每日3次,维生素E胶丸100mg,每日1次.2组均2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效.结果治疗组总有效率为78.75%,对照组为43.33%,2组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论二陈汤血府逐瘀汤加减对肝郁脾虚、痰瘀互阻型脂肪肝有明显的治疗作用.

Clinical observe of combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction on patients with fatty liver

Objective To observe the effect of combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction on patients with fatty liver identified as spleen week liver depression , sputum and stasis mutually block.Methods 140 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. 80 patients identified as spleen week and liver depression, sputum and stasis mutually block in the treatment group were administrated varied combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction. 60 patients in the control group were given Pantething and Vitamin C tablet 0.2 gram and 0.1 gram respectively each time, three times a day. Vitamin E was given 0.1 gram each day. The effect was observed after one month in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 78.75% and 43.33% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Varied combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction have a definite effect on patients with fatty liver identified as spleen week and liver depression, sputum and stasis mutually block.
