| 摘 要： | 文中讨论了电网调峰的必要性及可能性。结合西北电网的特点阐明了电网调峰的基本格局，指出西北电网目前仍然是以水电调峰为主，火电调峰为辅，但随着水电比重的逐渐减小，应逐步增大火电调峰比重。在汛期，为了多发多用水电，火电应积极参与调峰，此时电网的调峰实质上是经济调度问题。对影响火电汛期调峰的技术因素与管理因素进行了分析，提出了改进今后电网调峰工作的建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the indispensability and possibility on peak regulation of power networkare described.The basic aspect about peak regulation of power network is described,based onthe essential features of NW power system: mainly through regulating hydraulic units and sup-plementally through thermal units at present.But the share of thermal units regulation should beincreased in recent years as the portion of hydro-power in the generating capacity of the system issteadily decreasing. In flood season, the thermal units should provide more basic load in order togenerate hydro-power as much as possible and in this case,the peak regulation of thermal unitspractically means economic dispatching.Based on the analysis of the technical constraints andmanagement factors on the peak regulation of thermal units during fied season,recommenda-tions on improving peak regulation are proposed. |
