摘    要:毛细管放电类氖氩等离子体产生的46.9 nm激光是亮度很高的相干光源,有着重要应用前景。影响激光输出的放电参量和制约因素较多,其中毛细管内径属于后者。实验研究了内径分别为3 mm和4 mm的氧化铝陶瓷毛细管输出激光的情况,结果表明在满足3 mm内径的毛细管能输出较强的激光信号的最优放电条件下,4 mm内径的毛细管没有输出激光信号。分析实验现象并与理论结论对照,发现4 mm内径的毛细管中氩等离子体被箍缩到出光状态,主脉冲电流应提高4/3倍,达到约53 kA。
