微创DHS内同定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折

目的观察微创DHS内固定手术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法在C臂X光机透视下闭合复位满意后，采用经皮打入导针小切口DHS内固定手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折31例。结果31例患者术后伤口均I期愈合。随访12～36个月，骨折全部愈合，髋内翻3例，螺钉切出1例。功能评定优18例，良9例，优良率87．1％。结论微创DHS内固定手术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折效果良好。

Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with minimally invasive DHS in the elderly

Objective To investigate the curative efect for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with minimally invasive DHS in the elderly. Methods Once the close reduction was satisfied under C - arm X - ray monitoring, intemal fixation of intertroehanteric fractures with minimally invasive DHS were performed in 31 eases of the elderly. Results Primary healing of the incisions in all 31 cases ; Fracture reduction and the position of the implants were satisfied. With 12 - 36 months follow - up, the fractures healed in all patients, with the varus of hip in 3 cases ; The results of function evaluation ： 18 eases excellent. 9 eases good, fine ratio was 87. 1%. Conclusion The curative elect for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with minimally invasive DHS in the elderly was good.
