摘    要:探究了更加实用的膜技术应用于处理稀土矿开采的废水,提出采用两级反渗透膜浓缩加硫酸调pH值工艺,使得二级反渗透出水的氨氮浓度低至5.05 mg/L,清液可直接达标排放或回用。浓缩液再经过纳滤膜,可进一步分离稀土离子,稀土离子总回收率达到93.01%。纳滤膜的清液中只有硫酸铵,可作为浸出试剂再利用。此实验过程中稀土离子和氨氮资源都可被回收利用,具有较好的经济价值。

Study on the treatment of ion-type rare earth ore mining wastewater by membrane technology

Abstract:This article explored the application of more practical membrane technology in the treatment of rare earth ore mining wastewater, and adopted a two-stage reverse osmosis membrane concentration process with sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value. The ammonia nitrogen concentration of secondary reverse osmosis effluent was 5.05 mg per liter so that the clear liquid of reverse osmosis could be directly discharged or reused. Thick liquid running through nanofiltration membranes separated rare earth ions. The total recovery of these ions reached 93.01%. Ammonium sulfate was the only solution in the supernatant of nanofiltration membranes, which could be reused as a leaching reagent. In this experiment, rare earth ions and ammonia nitrogen resources can be recycled and utilized, and thus have good economic value.
