摘    要:垃圾抓斗桥式起重机的自动化程度越高,需要采集的信息量就越大,采集的信息用何种方式传递给中央控制系统,决定了垃圾抓斗桥式起重机整个控制电路的设计方案。为此,文中介绍了现有垃圾抓斗桥式起重机传统有线通讯的弊端,及采用无线通讯的设计方案及优势。随着无线通讯技术的发展,无线通讯使垃圾抓斗桥式起重机的电气设计更加简洁,在降低各项成本的同时为安全施工提供了有利条件,为垃圾抓斗桥式起重机向自动化、智能化方向发展奠定了电气设计基础。

Abstract:The higher the degree of automation of the garbage grab bridge crane,the more information it needs to collect.The way in which the collected information is transmitted to the central control system determines the design plan of the whole control circuit of the garbage grab bridge crane.Therefore,the paper introduces the disadvantages of traditional wired communication of the existing garbage grab bridge crane,as well as the design scheme and advantages of adopting wireless communication.With the development of wireless communication technology,wireless communication makes the electrical design of the garbage grab bridge crane simpler,provides favorable conditions for safe construction while reducing various costs,and lays an electrical design foundation for the development of the garbage grab bridge crane in the direction of automation and intelligence.
