摘    要:从继电保护及故障信息系统的形态及应用需求出发,阐述了系统对通信协议和信息语义的要求,分别从通信协议和信息语义的角度详细分析了IEC 60870-5-104加IEC 60870-5-103协议、IEC 61850标准的适用性.以广东电网的系统为例,对通信协议和信息语义标识的各个要素进行了归纳,总结了形成目前所采用的通信协议和信息标识方法的客观基础,指出未来发展的方向.

Abstract:Based on the configuration and application demands of relay protection and fault information system, this paper expatiates on the communication protocol and information semantic needed in the system. The applicability of IEC 61850 standard and the complex of IEC 60870-5-104 and IEC 60870-5-103 protocols is analyzed in detail from the angles of communication protocol and information semantic. With the power system of Guangdong, China as an example, a summary is given of the essentials in communication protocol and information semantic identification, and the external basic on which the current method was formed. The possible trend of development is pointed out as well.
