摘    要:虚拟物理数控加工仿真主要研究加工过程中切削力、切削热、机床运动误差、加工系统颤振以及负载变化引起加工结果变化的预测问题,目前已成为虚拟制造最具魅力的地方。通过在VERICUT下的电吹风外壳模盖的虚拟数控加工刀具轨迹优化研究,为复杂曲面零件的加工生产提供了有效参考。

Abstract:The technology research of virtual physical simulation of NC machining mainly includes cutting force,cutting heat,movement errors of machine tool,machining system flutter and the changing machining results caused by lode change,which has now the most spacial feature.By researching the path optimization of virtual NC machining tool of injection mold for hair drier based on VERICUT,the effectively reference is provided for the processing and manufacturing of complicated curved surface parts.
