| 摘 要： | 齿轮测量仪器的发展经历了从机械展成式测量技术到计算机控制的坐标测量法的历程.通过对齿轮测量仪器发展过程的回顾,阐述了齿轮测量中心的机械结构及工作原理,对几何误差的来源进行了重点分析,并提出了几种简单实用的校准方法.

| Abstract: | Gear measuring instrument is developed from the technology of the mechanical rolling-path to coordinate measuring method controlled by CNC. The mechanical structure and measuring principle are discussed through reviewing the development process of the gear measuring instruments, and the sources of the geometry error are analyzed. Finally, three simple and practical calibration methods are put forward. |
