| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胶囊内镜对小肠腔内隆起性病变的诊断价值。方法计算小肠腔内隆起性病变的例数,描述隆起性病变的特点和分析影响因素,初步判断隆起性病变的性质。结果共发现45处隆起,其中22处证实为隆起性病变,约占隆起总数的48.9%,阴性排除率51.1%;胶囊内镜对体积小的隆起性病变观察清晰,体积、位置和小肠液等因素影响观察效果。结论胶囊内镜对隆起性病变具有较高的指导诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy in the protrusion lesions of small intestine.Methods The protrusion lesions in the small intestine were calculated and observed.The characteristics of the protrusion lesions and the influencing factors were analyzed,the nature of the protrusion lesions was revealed.Results The total 45 protrusions were found,22 were confirmed to be protrusion lesions,accounting for 48.9％ of the total protrusions.With the help of the capsule endoscopy,most small protrusions lesions were observed clearly.The small intestinal liquid,the size and location of the protrusion lesions and so on affected observation results.Conclusion Capsule endoscopy is a sensitive way for diagnosing the protrusion lesions of small intestine. |
