Z源逆变器与传统逆变器在PV系统中比较研究

摘    要:为选取合适的逆变器拓扑结构,从开关器件功率的概念出发,对3种逆变器拓扑结构在光伏发电系统中的应用进行比较.理论上计算出传统逆变器和在不同的直通状态控制下的Z源逆变器的开关器件总功率,通过Matlab软件仿真比较了3种逆变器拓扑结构中的开关器件总功率.最后给出的Simulink仿真实验证明,为在光伏发电系统设计中选择合适的拓扑结构,提供了参考与理论依据.
