原尾蜥虎(Hemidactylus bowringii)血细胞的形态学观察

本文报道了原尾蜥虎外周血细胞的显微观察结果。用 Wright氏染料染色 ,原尾蜥虎的外周血中可区分出下列各类血细胞 :红细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞 ,还可见到较多的幼稚红细胞。原尾蜥虎血细胞的一大特点是嗜碱性粒细胞较多 (约占白细胞总数的 10 % ) ,这可以为研究嗜碱性粒细胞的功能提供一个较好的动物模型

OBSERVATION ON THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD CELLS MORPHOLOGY OF THE BOWRING'S GECKO HEMIDACTYLUS BOWRINGII

The morphology of the peripheral blood cells of Bowring's gecko Hemidactylus bowringii has been studied by light microscopy. Examination of Wright's stained smears of the peripheral blood has revealed the following cell types: erythrocyte, neutrophil granulocyte, eosinophil granulocyte, basophil granulocyte, monocyte, lymphocyte and thrombocyte, the immature erythrocytes are present in peripheral blood also. The Hemidactylus bowringii has more basophil granulocyte (about 10% of total leucocyte )than other animals, perhaps it can be used as a model in studying functions of the basophil granulocyte.
