小型光伏发电系统中的高增益DC-DC变换器综述

摘    要:光伏阵列电池输出电压等级较低,一般需要通过高增益、高效率DC-DC变换器升压后,才能满足现有用电设备的供电要求。到目前为止,已经出现了多种DC-DC变换器升压方案。文中按照非隔离变换器、隔离变换器顺序,先后分析了11种DC-DC升压变换器电路,并简要比较它们各自的优缺点和使用范围。

Abstract:Considering the low level of output voltage for solar array batteries,in order to meet the requirements of the existent electrical devices,DC-DC converters with high voltage gain and high efficiency are needed to boost the input voltages.Up to now,a variety of boost DC-DC converters have come into being.In the paper,eleven boost DC-DC converters are analyzed,and their merits and drawbacks,and application scopes are also briefly compared,in the sequence of non-electrical isolation conversion and electrical isolation conversion.
